Returns and refunds
Beaded Bags by JEM want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review my return and refund policy below. I am located in Detroit, Michigan, United States, and are committed to making pieces that fit your style and personality.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that some items, such as custom orders, may not be eligible for return. Please see our custom order policy for details.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please contact mw atbeadedbahsbyjem@gmail.com or me at 1+ (313) 205-2640 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Rufund do not include shipping charges.
